Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

 

To initiate a return, please contact us at post@babyboutique.no and we will send you a return form. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. We can also offer an exchange if you prefer a different item.

 

For handmade or personalised items, please note that returns may only be accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective.
