Customs & import charges (orders outside the EU)

For orders shipped to countries outside the EU (for example the UK), customs duties, import VAT, or other charges may be applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing times

• Textile products (baby bedding, cones, cocoons, canopies, bed bumpers, etc.): 1–3 working days

• Larger items (doll’s prams, teepee tents, Moses baskets, wooden cots, chests of drawers): 5–7 working days — these require extra preparation and packaging

Before Christmas, delivery times may be longer. We recommend ordering early.
