2. Orders & Payment

All prices are in NOK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment can be made via bank card, vipps or klarna.

Your order is confirmed when payment has been completed and you receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Shipping & Delivery

We process orders in the order they are received.

Estimated processing times:

Textile products: 1–3 working days

Larger items (prams, teepees, cots, baskets): 5–7 working days

We deliver to addresses in EU & EEA (contact us for delivery to other countries).

During the Christmas season, delivery may take longer.
4. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defect.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email before returning the product.
5. Complaints & Warranty

If your product is damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately, no later than 1 day after delivery, with photos of both the product and packaging.

If you receive the wrong product or something is missing, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

All products come with a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover normal wear, damage caused by misuse, or changes in appearance due to use.
6. Privacy Policy

We only collect personal data necessary to process your order.

Your data will not be shared with third parties except where required for payment or delivery.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
7. Final Provisions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

Norwegian law applies to all purchases. Disputes shall be handled by Norwegian courts.
