Damaged in Transit

  • Let us know within 1 day of receiving your order if it arrived damaged.

  • Please send us photos of the product and the packaging.

  • If the packaging looks damaged upon delivery, point it out to the courier.

Missing or Wrong Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and photos so we can fix it quickly.

Quality Issues

  • All products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Send us your order number, a short description, and a photo of the problem.

Our Promise
