When ordering, you will receive an order confirmation, your order will be made and packed as quickly as possible. Usual processing time is 1-2 days. When ordering handmade products, approx. 7 days are considered. Should the order take longer than 7 days, you will be notified so that you are always up to date on your orders. I make and ship as quickly as possible.
Return
You get 14 days open purchase on all items, contact us at post@babyboutique.no, and we will send you a cancellation form that can be filled in, if you have not received this. The item is sent back to us at the address:

We will refund the amount you have paid as soon as we receive the item. We can also exchange it for something else if desired. Are you not satisfied with your product, and it is personally made? Send it back to us and we will refund you for the product.
