Customs & Import Charges (orders outside the EU)

For orders delivered outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT, or other fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges are set by local customs authorities, are not included in your order total, and are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing times

• Textile products (baby bedding, cones, cocoons, canopies, bed bumpers, etc.): 1–3 working days

• Larger items (doll’s prams, teepee tents, Moses baskets, wooden cots, chests of drawers): 5–7 working days — these require extra preparation and packaging
